The manufacturing process
From product data to a repeatable manufacturing process
A series begins with an unambiguous design. Douna brings the required machining and any assembly together around the agreed product data. Inspection stages help assess the work against the features that matter for the product.
Agree quantities, changes and delivery
Series size, distribution, documentation and schedule are agreed for each assignment. A repeat order is an opportunity to reconfirm the applicable design. Stockholding or call-off only forms part of the assignment when separately agreed.
