The manufacturing process
Engineering and production in one agreed manufacturing process
A complete manufacturing process requires coordination between its stages. Design decisions affect machining; component dimensions influence assembly and inspection. Douna brings the required disciplines together around the finished product. The information available and agreed delivery scope determine where the process starts and which stages are included.
A clearly defined delivery
We agree in advance what Douna develops, manufactures, assembles and inspects, and what you or other parties provide. Documentation, any testing and handover are also defined. Complete means the agreed process for your product, with clear responsibilities and acceptance criteria.

Function, delivery scope, material, quantities, interfaces, inspections and documentation form the basis. Assemblies and machines also require agreement on responsibilities, any testing and the handover method.
