Engineering, manufacturability, construction, assembly and load testing came together in a ready-to-use solution for an aircraft maintenance environment.
From drawing to transport trolley
The maximum working load was 300 kg in total and 50 kg per shelf. Stability, safe use and a practical layout were the guiding criteria.
Our approach
Using 3D files and technical drawings, Douna developed the construction, including strength analysis, fabrication and assembly as one process.
Inspection and handover
The complete trolley and each shelf were load-tested at twice the maximum working load.
