Custom sandwich cutting machine

A delivered sandwich cutting machine, designed by Douna Engineering and built by Douna Machinery with precision components from Douna Precision.

Capacity, product guidance, hygienic design and noise level came together in a complete custom machine.

From design to assembly

The machine had to combine a high processing rate with accurate product guidance, a low noise level and HACCP principles.

Douna Engineering designed the machine, Douna Precision manufactured the precision components, and Douna Machinery built the machine.

The historical source lists 50 sandwiches per minute, minimal noise and HACCP as design requirements.
