From drawing to transport trolley
The maximum working load was 300 kg in total and 50 kg per shelf. Stability, safe use and a practical layout were the guiding criteria.
Douna's contribution
Using 3D files and technical drawings, Douna developed the construction, including strength analysis, fabrication and assembly as one process.

Delivered work
A ready-to-use transport and storage solution for safely moving and storing valuable aircraft components internally.
The complete trolley and each shelf were load-tested at twice the maximum working load.
