On-site industrial service and maintenance
Machine downtime costs time, production capacity and revenue. Douna Machinery therefore provides a flexible and practical service for maintenance, repairs, assembly and mechanical work at the customer’s location. Our experienced service engineers can be deployed to resolve breakdowns, carry out maintenance and safely dismantle or assemble machines and mechanical installations.
Douna has a fully equipped service vehicle and a BE-category truck. This enables us to transport the required tools, equipment and components directly to your site. For larger projects, parts and assemblies can be prepared in advance at our workshop in Leeuwarden. Where necessary, dismantled machine components can be taken to our facility for overhaul, machining, welding or the production of customised replacement parts.
Our qualified engineers have extensive experience in a wide range of industrial sectors. They carry out both corrective maintenance following a breakdown and preventive maintenance aimed at reducing unplanned downtime. We do not only focus on solving the immediate problem. We also assess whether machines or installations can be improved. By identifying wear, vulnerable components and structural weaknesses at an early stage, we can help improve reliability, performance and service life.
